2Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for membership consideration, you must be at least 21 years of age, of good moral character, and believe in a Supreme Being. You must be willing to undergo a thorough background verification process and provide truthful information throughout your application.
3Application Process
By submitting an application, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate rejection of your application or termination of membership if discovered later. All applications are subject to review and approval by our membership committee.
4Payment Terms
The application fee is non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Payment must be completed before your application is submitted for review. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our payment page. All fees are subject to change, and current fees will be displayed during the application process.
5Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
6Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services. We collect personal data including your name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, and occupation solely for membership processing. Data is securely stored using Firebase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.
7Member Conduct
As a member, you agree to uphold the principles of Freemasonry, including brotherly love, relief, and truth. You shall conduct yourself in a manner befitting a member of the fraternity and refrain from any conduct that would bring disrepute to the organization.
8Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on this platform are the property of FreemasonClub or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
9Limitation of Liability
FreemasonClub is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services.
10Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
11Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
